A magnificent venue for discerning artists who wish to showcase their premier works in the elegant Henegar Center for the Arts, located in the heart of downtown Melbourne.
Tour Ended at BCC/UCF Library
Included stops at Henegar Center & Suntree Library
Books were produced to accompany the show and are still available at the Strawbridge Art League office.

Entry:
Take was held Monday April 4TH, from 2:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Strawbridge Art League located in the Henegar Center for the Arts in downtown Melbourne.
Members 18 years of age or older could submit up to three entries. For each entry, complete the required entry labels and secure to the back of your piece. Entry fees were $10 for the first submission and $5 per piece for the second and third. Checks were payable to The Strawbridge Art League.
Due to government grants, community standards for family viewing applied. 2D size limitation is 60 inches by 60 inches. 3D submissions had to be easily portable by two persons.
Entry constituted an agreement that The Strawbridge Art League may reproduce the image of accepted works for promotion of this show. |

| JUDGE
WILLIAM AWODEY |
William Awodey was a current member of the Board of the Henegar Center and a practicing architect. He is a past president of the Space Coast Chapter of the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), as well as past president of the Southwestern Michigan Chapter.
Born in St. Joseph, Michigan, Awodey holds degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Michigan. He loves international art and music. Trained on violin, clarinet, saxophone, he has played in five symphony orchestras. He is a registered architect in 5 states and holds a national architectural certification. He has traveled the world while designing/master-planning buildings and communities in the Middle East, South America, Asia and the US, including 4.5-years on the original design team for the 110-story World Trade Center, NYC. He lived and worked in China for 3.5-years designing/ building a 23-tory building in Beijing and a 40-story in Dalian. He is now a practicing architect in Melbourne and lives in Suntree with his wife. |

League membership is a requirement for entry to all such shows. The Strawbridge Art League is open to anyone who wishes to belong regardless of race, creed, color, or artistic accomplishment.
The Strawbridge Art League is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the active visual arts community on the Space Coast. Membership provides you monthly gatherings, demonstrations, and 11 newsletters annually.
Adult annual Dues are $50 with membership running from fiscal year July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. |
